The Respond, Recover and Rebuild Disability Assistance Program Deadline is now extended to Friday, Nov. 13. Now open to all Disabled Cherokee Nation Veterans receiving VA benefits, who live both in and outside the Cherokee Nation reservation. Cherokees with disabilities living within the reservation may also apply for the $300 COVID assistance payment. Apply below.

John C. Young

John C. Young (Delaware/Pawnee/Kiowa) joined the Office of the Attorney General in 2014 and serves as an Assistant Attorney General.

Laina Vaughn

Laina is an Assistant Attorney General I for the Cherokee Nation who has represented the Nation in tribal and state courts since 2014.

Jeremy Hamby

Jeremy K. Hamby joined the Cherokee Nation Office of the Attorney General in 2016 as a recent law school graduate.

Courtney R. Jordan

Courtney R. Jordan joined the Office of the Attorney General in November 2015 and currently serves as an Assistant Attorney General.
