Linda is a Senior Assistant Attorney General for the Cherokee Nation who has represented the Nation in tribal and state court. She primarily focuses on real estate issues for the tribe with a specialty in probate proceedings, at this time, but has experience in Indian Child Welfare, Employment Law, and Tribal Criminal Law.

In 1998 Linda left private practice for a position as an attorney for the Cherokee Nation. From that time through 2003, Linda represented the Cherokee Nation in juvenile and criminal proceedings as well as other legal matters. From 2003 through April 2012, Linda served as the Real Estate Services Director for Cherokee Nation. Since April 2012 to present, she has been serving in her present position.

Linda is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, the courts of the Cherokee Nation, the U. S. Districts Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
